We
may as a result of your interaction with the Site hold and process
personal information obtained about you when you access the Site.
We may use this information for servicing our relationship with
you, for the purposes of fraud prevention, audit and debt collection,
to identify products and services which may be relevant to you from
both TIBC and selected third parties, to evaluate the effectiveness
of our marketing of the Site and for statistical analysis. We may
pass this information to other members of the TIBC Group of Companies.
We will not disclose any such information outside of the TIBC Group
of Companies except where we are authorized by you or by the law
to do so, for fraud prevention purposes, if obliged by law or a

Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with
the laws of Bahrain. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Bahrain and any courts which may hear appeals from
those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these
Terms or this Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to
be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, such invalidity or
unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms which
will continue in full force and effect. We reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms. |
