Please note that The International Banking Corporation BSC(c) is now under administration pursuant to the Law of the Central Bank of Bahrain and Financial Institutions promulgated by Law No. (64) of 2006, Article 138 thereof in particular, and the Resolution of the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain No. (45) with respect to the appointment of an External Administrator for the administration of The International Banking Corporation BSC(c).

The External Administrator has been maintaining an online data facility through Imprima (the Imprima Site) in order to provide creditors  of the Bank  who have executed a non disclosure  agreement in favour of the Bank with information in respect of the administration. 

The External Administrator has reached the decision that continuing to maintain the Imprima Site is not a cost efficient method of disseminating information and therefore it is not in the best interest of the creditors  of the Bank .  Accordingly, the Imprima Site will be closed as of 10  May 2010.

Going forward, creditors  of the Bank  will be able to receive information and updates as to the progress of the administration through this website and  further creditors' meetings. Certain categories of creditors  of the Bank  may also be granted access to the Intralinks site maintained by the informal steering committee of bank creditors (ISCBC). Any creditor wishing to have access to the ISCBC Intralinks site should contact  Louisa Lynch at  llynch@trowers.com in the first instance.
